Is the Trade Pro program really free?
Yes. No annual fee, no signup fee, no minimum order, no minimum number of jobs. You apply, we verify your business, and your discount is on for life.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within one business day. We just need a real business name and a way to verify it (website, EIN, resale cert, or business license — any one is fine).
Can I bring my client to the showroom?
Absolutely — that's what it's there for. Walk-ins welcome, but call ahead if you want a designer to sit with you both for an hour. (844) 782-2227.
Do you do white-label / private-label?
Not on packaging, but every design and quote is delivered as a clean PDF you can co-brand and hand to your client. We never market to your client directly.
What if my client wants to see the cabinets first?
Send them to us — we'll host them at the showroom and route them right back to you. We don't poach. Period.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Door samples are $20 each and refunded against your first order. Tell your rep which collections you want and we'll ship same-day.
