Is the design really 100% free?+
Yes — completely free with no obligation to purchase. We don't ask for a deposit, a credit card, or a signed contract. If you take the design and shop somewhere else, that's fine.
How accurate are the measurements you need?+
Reasonably accurate is good enough to start. Even a quick sketch with approximate wall lengths gets us 80% of the way. We'll confirm exact dimensions before you order, and we always recommend final field measurements with your contractor before installation.
Do you charge for revisions?+
Never. You get unlimited revisions on the design — switch door styles, swap cabinet sizes, change the layout entirely. We'd rather get it right than rush it.
What file formats can I upload?+
Anything: phone photos, PDFs, hand-drawn sketches on a napkin, blueprints, DWG/DXF files from your contractor, or screenshots from another planner. If you can attach it, we can work with it.
Can I get a design in a specific door style?+
Yes — tell us in the notes which collection you want (Shaker, Petite Shaker, Transitional, etc.) and we'll design with that. Not sure? We'll suggest 2–3 collections that fit your style and budget.
Will you design something I can't afford?+
Tell us your budget in the notes and we'll stay within it. If we think you're under-budgeting for what you've described, we'll say so and offer a couple of alternative scopes so you can decide.
Do you do bathrooms / vanities too?+
Yes. We carry vanity cabinets in matching collections so you can extend the same look into your bathroom. Mention it in the notes.
Do you handle installation?+
We don't install ourselves, but we can recommend trusted installers in NJ/NY/PA/CT. For everywhere else, your design is contractor-ready — just hand it to your installer along with the parts list.
Can my contractor submit the design request for me?+
Absolutely — many do. Contractors and trade pros often request multiple designs at once. Ask about our trade program for tiered pricing.
