How long does the review take?
Most price match requests are reviewed within one business day. Larger or unusual requests can take up to two business days, and we'll always email you with a status update.
What if I already placed my order?
No problem. As long as you submit within 14 days of purchase, we'll refund the difference back to your original payment method.
Will you beat the price by an extra percentage?
Not as a published policy — but on bigger orders or repeat customers, we often will. Mention it in the notes and we'll see what we can do.
What about Trade Pro pricing?
Trade Pros already get locked-in member pricing on every order. Price match requests are still welcome on top of that — whichever is the better deal wins.
Do you match prices on used or returned cabinets?
Sorry, no. We only price match against new, in-stock inventory from authorized US retailers. Auction and marketplace listings don't qualify.
